Singers’ Toolkit

A list of everything you may need for your singing study.

  1. Transpose: a free google chrome extension that allows you to transpose or change the speed of any YouTube video

  2. Metronome: Search on any App Store and a free metronome app will come up. This is immensely useful for improving rhythm

  3. Phone / iPad Piano: Search “free piano” on any App Store - you’ll need this for finding your starting pitch or learning a song quickly and easily when you’re not near a piano.

  4. Tuner T1: To check if you're singing the right notes / staying in tune. Very helpful for if you’re leaning pitch matching. App Store Link, Google Play Link
